EXCHANGE POLICY


SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY

This Exchange Policy applies exclusively to purchases of ethnic wear made through NAMOSTRI’s official website. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Any exchange requests received after the 7-day period will be declined, and the original purchase will be considered final.


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not qualify for exchange under any circumstances.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +91 9211518928 or email us at admin@namostri.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions for returning the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, clearly mention the RA number, and ship it using a trackable courier service.

SHIPPING COSTS AND FEES

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, NAMOSTRI will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Replacement items will be dispatched within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

  • Final Sale Items: Accessories, sale items, personalized items, and made-to-order ethnic wear are not eligible for exchange.
  • International Orders: Exchanges for international orders may incur additional duties or customs charges. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and may affect exchange eligibility.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Kindly provide clear photographic evidence to qualify for free return shipping and a replacement.
